Chris Marsh is a successful technology entrepreneur and executive. Currently the Chairman and CEO of Pulse Health LLC, Chris has a successful track record of driving technology companies through impressive growth and successful exits. Previously, Chris was president of the talent management division of Kronos Inc., a publicly traded company with a market capitalization of $1.8 billion, which he joined through its acquisition of Unicru in August 2006. As CEO at Unicru, Chris Marsh grew the company from $6 million to $50 million in revenue, with a total contracted backlog of more than $130 million in revenue. Before leading Unicru, Chris was the executive vice president of E*Trade after its acquisition of his previous employer, Card Capture Services, where he was CFO and COO.
Chris serves on several boards of directors for leading technology companies, including Aisle 7, i4cp Inc., Henningsen Company and Hubcast Inc. In addition, he is a board member and leader of civic organizations including the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Oregon and the Oregon Chapter of the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO).
Ygal Sonenshine is an entrepreneur, private investor and philanthropist.
He was the longtime founder and CEO of Raygal, Inc., one of the nation's most successful restaurant design and supply companies, with clients including Far West Services, Del Taco, Fuddruckers, Rusty Pelican, Chuck E Cheese, Cheesecake Factory, Morton's of Chicago, BJ's Pizza, House of Blues, Marriott, Montage, Hilton, Hyatt, Balboa Bay Club, Staples Arena and other stadiums. Raygal was acquired by Bradford equities in 1999.
Most recently, Ygal was the Chairman of the Board and a significant shareholder in Wingstop Restaurants, Inc., a casual dining company. In just 7 years following the acquisition of the company by a small group of investors, Wingstop grew from 87 locations to over 460 restaurants, before its acquisition by Roark Capital Group in early 2010.
Ygal holds a BS in Business Administration and Marketing from UCLA and is an active member of the Portland civic community. Ygal has also been an active member of the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO) , World President's Organization (WPO) and Chief Executives Organization (CEO).

Dan Afrasiabi is a successful entrepreneur with more than fifteen years of experience founding and leading technology services, data analytics and marketing companies. Before founding ARM, Dan earned entrepreneurial, technology and private equity experience by serving as the president/CEO of Stonehouse Technologies / Symphony Services CMG, president of Tickets.com's Ticketing Services Group and as Vice President of Ventana Global, a venture capital firm. As the CEO and co-founder of ARM Insight, Inc., Dan is responsible for the company's strategic direction and operations.
Dan received a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, an M.B.A. and a J.D. from the University of Southern California. Dan is the chairman of the Oregon chapter of the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO).
Co-Founder & President
Adam Caplan is an experienced Internet executive focused on the performance advertising, social networking and social gaming sectors. As President & Co-Founder at ARM Insight, Inc. he is responsible for defining and executing the company's overall strategy, focusing specifically on building distribution and advertising partnerships with leading publishers, merchants and technology platforms.
Prior to ARM Insight, Adam was the President & Co-Founder at Super Rewards, a leading monetization solutions provider for social network applications, casual gaming sites, MMORPGs, virtual worlds and other websites using virtual currencies. Following the acquisition of Super Rewards by Adknowledge Inc., Adam served as Vice President of Virtual Currency for two years.
Before Super Rewards, Adam was the founder & CEO of Duel Network (a mobile gaming start-up) and an investment banker with Morgan Stanley, where he headed the emerging Internet/new media banking team.
Adam holds both a BComm (Hons) and LLB (Hons) from The University of Melbourne.
