Co-Founder & CEO
Dan Afrasiabi is a successful entrepreneur with more than fifteen years of experience founding and leading technology services, data analytics and marketing companies. Before founding ARM, Dan earned entrepreneurial, technology and private equity experience by serving as the president/CEO of Stonehouse Technologies / Symphony Services CMG, president of Tickets.com's Ticketing Services Group and as Vice President of Ventana Global, a venture capital firm. As the CEO and co-founder of ARM Insight, Inc., Dan is responsible for the company's strategic direction and operations.
Dan received a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, an M.B.A. and a J.D. from the University of Southern California. Dan is the chairman of the Oregon chapter of the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO).
Co-Founder & President
Adam Caplan is an experienced Internet executive focused on the performance advertising, social networking and social gaming sectors. As President & Co-Founder at ARM Insight, Inc. he is responsible for defining and executing the company's overall strategy, focusing specifically on building distribution and advertising partnerships with leading publishers, merchants and technology platforms.
Prior to ARM Insight, Adam was the President & Co-Founder at Super Rewards, a leading monetization solutions provider for social network applications, casual gaming sites, MMORPGs, virtual worlds and other websites using virtual currencies. Following the acquisition of Super Rewards by Adknowledge Inc., Adam served as Vice President of Virtual Currency for two years.
Before Super Rewards, Adam was the founder & CEO of Duel Network (a mobile gaming start-up) and an investment banker with Morgan Stanley, where he headed the emerging Internet/new media banking team.
Adam holds both a BComm (Hons) and LLB (Hons) from The University of Melbourne.
CTO
Gopi has over 15 years of experience in the software industry, designing and building innovative SaaS/PaaS applications and services for variety of industries. Gopi joined ARM Insight from MyProcess, where he was an executive vice president responsible for product development, project management and operations. At MyProcess, Gopi managed a large offshore team and developed the award-winning SnapFlow product. Prior to MyProcess, Gopi worked at Serena where he was responsible for Company's flagship product and managed software development teams from three different continents. Gopi also worked at Ensequence, Intel and Reuters bringing extensive experience in architecting, developing and managing applications.
Gopi holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and a Master's degree in Computer Applications from the BMS college of Engineering in Bangalore, India.
COO
Randy Koch is an operations-focused executive with experience leading both start-up and multi-national companies. As COO for ARM Insight, Inc., Randy is responsible for go-to-market execution, product & service delivery, network security, and channel support.
Before joining ARM Insight, Randy was President of GE Security's CommcerceGuard business unit, a global technology company developing software, firmware and hardware for wireless shipping devices, with a focus on physical and data security issues. At CommerceGuard, Randy was responsible for company strategy, establishing global channel partnerships with household names like Siemens, Samsung, and Mitsubishi, and P&L execution. Prior to GE, Randy was a management consultant at Price Waterhouse, focused primarily on global software and technology projects.
Randy graduated from Cornell University with a degree in Industrial Engineering. He is an active member of the Oregon Young Presidents' Organization (YPO).
CFO
As Chief Financial Officer for ARM Insight, Inc., John Dettra oversees all financial and fiscal management aspects of company operations. John has over twelve years of senior financial management, strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions (private and publicly-traded), and operational experience in fast-growth technology companies. He comes to ARM Insight from Unicru Inc., where he served as vice president of finance and administration. During his tenure with Unicru, the company grew from $6 million to $50 million before being acquired by Kronos, Inc. for $150 million in 2006. He possesses a great deal of experience in managing financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, capital investment, banking relationships, internal controls, audits and financial staff supervision.
John is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), and holds a bachelor's degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of Oregon.
Co-Founder & VP of Product
As the Vice President of Product for ARM Insight, Inc., Jonathan oversees overall product strategy, and by developing partnerships with publishers and advertisers targeting online consumers. A born technologist and entrepreneur, Jonathan started building websites at the age of 13 and later developed professional experience in corporate finance and accounting for technology companies, working with some of the web's biggest brands including Facebook, YouTube and Linden Labs. Most recently, Jonathan was director of membership services and merchandise for a direct marketing company, where he optimized customer acquisition and conversion strategies through multivariate testing, A/B testing, web analytics and user testing.
Jonathan holds a bachelor's degree in Business Economics and Accounting from the University of California Santa Barbara.
