About Randy
Randy Koch is a successful technology and services executive with experience in leading start-up and multi-national companies.
Before joining ARM Insight, Randy was President of GE Security’s CommerceGuard business unit. GE CommerceGuard was a global technology company that developed software, firmware and hardware for wireless shipping containers and global seaports, with a focus on physical and data security issues. During his tenure at GE CommerceGuard, Randy established a joint venture with Siemens, Samsung, and Mitsubishi, providing CommerceGuard with global technology and service capabilities. Prior to GE, Randy was a management consultant at Price Waterhouse, focused primarily on global software and technology projects.
Randy graduated from Cornell University with a degree in Industrial Engineering. He is an active member of the Oregon Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO).

About Jonathan
As the Vice President of Product for ARM Insight, Inc., Jonathan oversees overall product strategy. A born technologist and entrepreneur, Jonathan started building websites at the age of 13 and later developed professional experience in corporate finance and accounting for technology companies, working with some of the web’s biggest brands including Facebook, YouTube and Linden Labs.

Most recently, Jonathan was director of membership services and merchandise for a direct marketing company, where he optimized customer acquisition and conversion strategies through multivariate testing, A/B testing, web analytics and user testing.

Jonathan holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Economics and Accounting from the University of California Santa Barbara.

About Jason
Jason Hills is an experienced financial technology executive with over 20 years of sales and account management experience, including 11 years building and managing high performance sales teams. He has a diverse background of developing successful business go to market strategies in high growth early, mid, and late stage venture backed startups and publicly traded companies.
As Chief Revenue Officer at ARM Insight, Jason leads all revenue producing operations including Sales, Marketing, Account Management, and Business Development.
Before joining ARM Insight, Jason was the Senior Vice President of Sales and Account Management at LendKey, a SAS based online lending solution. Prior to that he was at Fiserv where he was the Senior Vice President of Sales for their Digital Channels and Electronic Payments business units. He came to Fiserv from CashEdge, where he led Sales, Account Management, Business Development, and Sales Engineering teams from 2004 through their acquisition by Fiserv in 2011. He received his B.S. in Business Marketing from the University of Idaho and an studied entrepreneurship at Babson College.

About Steve

Steve Shaw is Senior Vice President of Marketing at ARM Insight, where he is responsible for the overall marketing, branding and communications strategy for the company. Shaw has over 20 years of marketing and communications experience with a broad range of technology firms, ranging from small tech startups to Fortune 500 companies.

 

Prior to joining ARM Insight, Shaw was the Vice President of Strategic Marketing for the Digital Banking Group at Fiserv, focused on expanding awareness for the company’s integrated online banking, payment and mobile banking services; developing innovative product roadmaps; and supporting the launch of a new Fiserv brand. Before Fiserv, Shaw served as a Director and Product Strategist at CheckFree where he was responsible for the overall product marketing and marketing communications activities for the company’s Electronic Banking Services division.

 

Shaw has also held marketing and communications positions at Corillian Corp., a leading provider of online banking services, and The Weber Group, a top PR firm. Shaw has an MBA from The University of Portland and a B.A. in Communications from Brigham Young University.

About Gopi
Gopi has over 15 years of experience in the software industry, designing and building innovative SaaS/PaaS applications and services for variety of industries. Gopi joined ARM Insight from MyProcess, where he was an executive vice president responsible for product development, project management and operations. At MyProcess, Gopi managed a large offshore team and developed the award-winning SnapFlow product. Prior to MyProcess, Gopi worked at Serena where he was responsible for Company’s flagship product and managed software development teams from three different continents. Gopi also worked at Ensequence, Intel and Reuters bringing extensive experience in architecting, developing and managing applications.
Gopi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a Master’s degree in Computer Applications.

Randy Koch
Randy Koch is a successful technology and services executive with experience in leading start-up and multi-national companies.

Chris Marsh
Chris Marsh is a successful technology entrepreneur and executive. Currently the Chairman and CEO of Pulse Health LLC, Chris has a successful track record of driving technology companies through impressive growth and successful exits. Previously, Chris was president of the talent management division of Kronos Inc., a publicly traded company with a market capitalization of $1.8 billion, which he joined through its acquisition of Unicru in August 2006. As CEO at Unicru, Chris Marsh grew the company from $6 million to $50 million in revenue, with a total contracted backlog of more than $130 million in revenue. Before leading Unicru, Chris was the executive vice president of E*Trade after its acquisition of his previous employer, Card Capture Services, where he was CFO and COO.
Chris holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Oregon State University.   He currently serves on several boards for leading technology companies including Pulse Health, LLC, Henningsen Cold Storage, CloudMed Solutions, and Point B, Inc.  He also is the Owner of Summit Development Group.  In addition, he is a board member and leader of civic organizations including the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Oregon and the Oregon Chapter of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO).
Dan Afrasiabi
Dan Afrasiabi is a successful entrepreneur with more than twenty years of experience founding and leading healthcare, technology services, data analytics and marketing companies. Dan is currently the President and CEO of Geneva Woods Health Services, a diversified provider of pharmacy and supplies to the long-term care industry.  Before founding ARM, Dan’s experience included serving as the President of Stonehouse Technologies and Symphony Services CMG, President of Tickets.com’s Ticketing Services Group and as Vice President of Ventana Global, a venture capital firm.
Dan received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, an M.B.A. and a J.D. from the University of Southern California. Dan is an active member and former chairman of the Oregon chapter of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO).
Adam Caplan
Adam Caplan is an experienced Internet executive focused on the performance advertising, social networking and social gaming sectors. As President & Co-Founder at ARM Insight, Inc. he is responsible for defining and executing the company’s overall strategy, focusing specifically on building distribution and advertising partnerships with leading publishers, merchants and technology platforms.
Prior to ARM Insight, Adam was the President & Co-Founder at Super Rewards, a leading monetization solutions provider for social network applications, casual gaming sites, MMORPGs, virtual worlds and other websites using virtual currencies. Following the acquisition of Super Rewards by Adknowledge Inc., Adam served as Vice President of Virtual Currency for two years.
Before Super Rewards, Adam was the founder & CEO of Duel Network (a mobile gaming start-up) and an investment banker with Morgan Stanley, where he headed the emerging Internet/new media banking team.
Adam holds both a BComm (Hons) and LLB (Hons) from The University of Melbourne.
David Nelsen
David Nelsen is an entrepreneur and visionary in the FinTech space with a proven track record. Most recently, David was CEO and co-founder of Giftango; a digital payments company (gift and prepaid). While with Giftango David raised $12MM, assembled a management team of industry executives, and built a BOD of founders and CEO’s with a multi-billion net worth. Just prior to a $15MM C-round, David sold Giftango to InComm; now InComm Digital Solutions in Portland, OR (December 2012).
David has filed 8 patents in fields ranging from music streaming to digital payments and stored value. He has a combination of banking experience, operational excellence, and systems and security expertise to deliver on new and elegant systems in the payments and promotions ecosystem. He is now an investor and advisor to several startups as he searches for his next big idea.
Doug Fieldhouse
Doug Fieldhouse was a founding investor in Vesta in 1995 and was appointed president and chief executive officer in May 1997. Prior to Vesta, Doug spent 15 years engaged in building and leading businesses in the US, Europe, and Asia. His experiences include building and operating law firms, international non-profits, and high-tech enterprises.
Since joining Vesta, Doug has been recognized as an entrepreneur, leader and innovator. He was the 2008 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the year for the Pacific Northwest and has been recognized by Computerworld, Fast Company, and Inc. magazines. He is a featured author in Smart Business Growth, a book by CEOs of fast-growing companies.
Doug spends his free time working with early stage companies and has been an active angel investor for the past decade. He holds two US patents and earned a BA degree in International Relations from Antioch College.
Ygal Sonenshine
Ygal Sonenshine is an entrepreneur, private investor and philanthropist.
He was the longtime founder and CEO of Raygal, Inc., one of the nation’s most successful restaurant design and supply companies, with clients including Far West Services, Del Taco, Fuddruckers, Rusty Pelican, Chuck E Cheese, Cheesecake Factory, Morton’s of Chicago, BJ’s Pizza, House of Blues, Marriott, Montage, Hilton, Hyatt, Balboa Bay Club, Staples Arena and other stadiums. Raygal was acquired by Bradford equities in 1999.
Most recently, Ygal was the Chairman of the Board and a significant shareholder in Wingstop Restaurants, Inc., a casual dining company. In just 7 years following the acquisition of the company by a small group of investors, Wingstop grew from 87 locations to over 460 restaurants, before its acquisition by Roark Capital Group in early 2010.
Ygal holds a BS in Business Administration and Marketing from UCLA and is an active member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) , World President’s Organization (WPO) and Chief Executives Organization (CEO).
