Most recently, Jonathan was director of membership services and merchandise for a direct marketing company, where he optimized customer acquisition and conversion strategies through multivariate testing, A/B testing, web analytics and user testing.
Jonathan holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Economics and Accounting from the University of California Santa Barbara.

Steve Shaw is Senior Vice President of Marketing at ARM Insight, where he is responsible for the overall marketing, branding and communications strategy for the company. Shaw has over 20 years of marketing and communications experience with a broad range of technology firms, ranging from small tech startups to Fortune 500 companies.
Prior to joining ARM Insight, Shaw was the Vice President of Strategic Marketing for the Digital Banking Group at Fiserv, focused on expanding awareness for the company’s integrated online banking, payment and mobile banking services; developing innovative product roadmaps; and supporting the launch of a new Fiserv brand. Before Fiserv, Shaw served as a Director and Product Strategist at CheckFree where he was responsible for the overall product marketing and marketing communications activities for the company’s Electronic Banking Services division.
Shaw has also held marketing and communications positions at Corillian Corp., a leading provider of online banking services, and The Weber Group, a top PR firm. Shaw has an MBA from The University of Portland and a B.A. in Communications from Brigham Young University.
